FFA Club Officers speak to Optimist Club

On February 19, Sauk Prairie High School's FFA officers explained what their chapter is doing and  what they are planning to do.  From Supervised Agriculture Experiences (SAEs), to local fair preparations, to tractor pulls, to national and state conventions to fundraising activities, Rural Safety Days, officer retreats and much more, the SPHS FFA stays extremely busy.  Sally Ladsten, one of their agriculture teachers and FFA advisors, introduced the officers and then the students talked about all the different aspects of their FFA chapter.

The Optimist Club of Sauk Prairie meets on Wednesdays at 7 a.m. (noon the first Wednesday of the month) in the River Room of the Blue Spoon.  New members and visitors are always welcome!
