HOTEL DIRECTIONS:    

There is a room block reserved until Wednesday, April 12th.  Mention room block SWIS District Optimists for a rate of $119 for Friday night and $139 for Saturday (plus taxes and fees). Your room rate includes 4 passes to the waterpark, so bring your families and make a weekend out of it - the Kalahari has a great selection of water slides, a lazy river, wave pool and swim-up bar/outdoor hot tub.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:  

Registration is $40 per Optimist member or guest.  Registration includes the attendance to watch the oratorical contests, a light breakfast, lunch, and a full day of conference activites and fellowship.  (Conference Registration on-line is Closed.  You can still register at the conference that day).

Lunch Choices are: 

     Poulet Champignon (Chicken with Mushrooms): Chicken breast saute, lemon buttered        gnocchi, asparagus, Roma tomato, mushroom scallion cream.

     Pork Pot Roast Jardiniere: Slow roastes with vegetables and natural sauce,                        accompanied by roasted potatoes with sour cream and green onion.

     Three Cheese Ravioli (Vegetarian): Creamed spinach, artichoke, and bell peppers.

     Kids Option: Chicken Strips: Chicken tenders served with macaroni and cheese, raw          carrots and ranch, brownie and milk.              

How to register: 

1. Register and Pay Online: 
   Online registration is open during the registration dates shown above. When open, use the blue 'Register Online' button to submit your registration and pay online using our secure checkout process. This is our preferred choice as it allows us to manage the registrations and payment much more easily. 
    
2. Register Online, then Pay By Mail, Phone, or at the Conference: 
   Register during the open registration dates using the blue Register Online button. During the checkout process - simply select the option to Pay By Mail/Phone, or Pay At The Door.  If you prefer to phone-in, mail, or pay at the door - by registering online you help us plan the necessary conference accommodations, make namebadges in advance, coordinate seating and meals based on the number of members and guests registered in advance.
    
3. Just show up: 
   Last minute attendees are always welcome at the door. While we prefer the online process so we can plan based on the number of people registering, we'll always have a door registration person at the conference and welcome walk ins.
