Updating Member & Club Information

UPDATING MEMBER INFORMATION

Optimist International has provided: optimistleaders.org which is used for ALL members. As a Club Leader, you would have access on the website to: 1) edit; 2) update 3) delete any club member, with other updates.
Optimist International has also provided: optimist.tovuti.io with FREE Training for ALL Optimists. (Access using your e-mail address and password: CLUB2324. Scroll down on left to subscriptions and select FREE).
Included in the training is information about 'Edit/Updating Members'.
SWIS Optimists will continue to be Imported Quarterly from Optimist International. (Club leaders can insure their members receive SWIS Communication, as needed, for in between e-mail updates.)

UPDATING CLUB INFORMATION

SWIS Clubs are established with the Club President being the ‘first’ contact.
SWIS Clubs ALL need to yearly update their meeting location & times. (Both at beginning of year – Oct. 1st and as needed through the year).
SWIS will continue to import club information from Optimist International as needed with new club information updates.
SWIS Club Leaders can update on the Leaderboard: 1) Club Contact; 2) Club Contact phone number; 3) Club Contact e-mail address ONLY.
Contact Information is NOT available on the public site, ONLY to Leaders on the Leaderboard.
