JOIN US FOR OUR CELEBRATION!! Join us on May 17 th for our 3rd quarter Conference! It is
Our Optimist and Youth Celebration, & it also serves as our DISTRICT N.O.W. Event,
and of course, we will have our Marvelous May Optimist Foundation Raffle to help support youth
programs! Invite your friends, family, and colleagues to join you in the Wisconsin Dells and meet
your friendly fellow Optimists, hear about our Optimist Programs and Fundraising opportunities,
and celebrate Outstanding Youth from all around the Southern Wisconsin District of Optimist
International as they speak from the heart about their Optimism and compete for an opportunity to
win scholarships!

HAWAIIAN CHALLENGE -our District is part of the Optimist International SS Optimism
Cruise! Every SWIS District Club that adds at least 2 new members to their roster from February
22nd through 2pm May 17th will be added to our Clubs’ Hawaiian prize package drawing to be held
during our 3 rd quarter conference! And…all SWIS District Optimist Members who sponsor at least
one new member (to any SWIS Club) will also be added to win a separate drawing just for
Members to win a Fun Hawaiian prize package! 3 SWIS Clubs will win, and 3 SWIS Members
from the separate drawing will win! Winners will be drawn at the 3rd quarter conference! Let’s
have fun and help Grow Optimism so we can provide a brighter future for our youth and
communities!
